Cadence Rx · the whole service
Three things have to work together for an independent to run its own online prescribing service: a storefront patients trust, a workflow your team can actually operate, and something that keeps the patient supported once they have left the shop. This page walks all three, in the order a real patient moves through them.
One patient, both sides
Everything on the left is what your patient sees. Everything on the right is what your pharmacy sees. Only two things cross the line: the request coming in, and the medicine going out.
Your patient
The consultation runs on a page that carries your name, your colours and your address. It is your service. Patients who were going to search online end up on your site instead of somebody else's.

Health history, current medicines, what they are hoping to achieve. About three minutes. Nothing is paid until a prescriber has reviewed the answers, and completing the questions does not guarantee anyone gets treated.
Your pharmacy
One list, in clinical order. Anything the patient flagged is surfaced rather than buried. Bookings and callback requests sit alongside, so a pharmacy with no online booking rota can simply ring people back.
Your pharmacy
This is the part the national websites skip. Your team records how they satisfied themselves of the person's identity, and enters a weight your pharmacy measured rather than one the patient typed in. Both are recorded against the decision.
Your pharmacy
Nothing is pre-filled. If the patient said what they wanted, the prescriber can see that they asked, but no field is populated from it. The prescriber types the medicine, the strength, the quantity, the directions and their own reasoning. Supply can sit under a prescriber or under a patient group direction.
Your pharmacy
You are the pharmacy of record. Collection in store or delivery to the patient, set per service. The dispensing margin is yours and Cadence never touches the prescription.
Your patient
Included with every treatment, at no cost to you or to them. It explains what to expect as treatment goes on, asks how they are getting on, and reminds them when the next dose or review is due.
The companion app is Cadence Health's MHRA-registered Class I product.
Your pharmacy
What the patient reports between visits is there when you review them, so the conversation starts from what actually happened rather than from memory. Continuation is gated on your prescriber, and the repeat order returns to your pharmacy.

What you keep
Cadence charges on the order rather than on your margin, because your margin is yours and we cannot see it and would not want to negotiate over it. The rate is set to sit inside the order rather than compete with it.

Every order carries a statement showing the order value, the rate and the fee, so the number is always checkable. A full cost model is available on request.

Where the regulatory line sits
Cadence Rx is the commerce and workflow layer. It routes, presents and records. It does not screen, it does not score, it does not suggest a dose, and it does not decide anything. Every decision is made by a registered professional who has read the answers, and the record shows who they were and what they said.
The companion app is a separate product, and it is the one that is registered: Cadence Health holds an MHRA Class I registration for it as an information and behaviour-support tool. That registration belongs to the app, not to Cadence Rx, and we say so rather than letting it be assumed.
Cadence Health is Cyber Essentials certified, ICO registered, and builds to DCB0129 and DCB0160. Your pharmacy remains the controller of your patients' records.
